Shepherding, teaching, and caring for our church family.

CCN is led by a team of pastor-elders who shepherd, teach, and care for the church. In Scripture, elders are pastors—men entrusted with the spiritual oversight of the congregation. We believe in plural eldership, while also recognising that within the team some may carry particular responsibility for preaching, vision, or coordination according to gifting and calling—all under shared oversight, mutual accountability, and collective decision-making.
